– Summer Yoga in South Bristol. Fridays mornings in August 2014! Gentle Kripalu Yoga from 9:30-10:30am. Seated meditation or Yoga Nidra from 10:30-11am. Sliding scale $10-$15 includes both. Come for one or both! At the Union Church Parish House, Rte 129 and Middle Road on Rutherford Island.
– Winter’s Deep Peace Yoga Nidra – Offered at Maine Audubon’s Gilsland Farm in Falmouth, Maine in the winter months. These two hour Sunday morning workshops focus on gentle yoga flow and the guided meditation practice of yoga nidra to bring deep rest and rejuvenation to the body, mind and spirit.
